Both my boys are napping on this gray Spring morning. The Husband gets home around midnight from work this week and Baby didn’t sleep well at all last night resulting in two very exhausted boys.

Oh, this mama is pretty exhausted as well, but too excited (and gross feeling) to be able to take a nap already.

First thing this morning The Husband and I were able to watch our New Baby on a screen – a tiny blob on the screen with a heart that’s beating wildly already.

It’s a baby!

It became real to me as I laid on the table and saw the start of this little body that’s forming. It’s taken longer to sink in this second time ’round, but today it finally felt true. Another little one is growing and becoming and taking shape. What a wild, crazy miracle every single time.

And another life to serve and love. What a joy.
